Inspired by my hometown, Buenos Aires, I have created prints taking as starting point iconic items, flowers and buildings.
Starting with 'Caminito', the place where Tango was born. It used to be home of the lower class back in the '40s but with the pass of time, they've painted the houses in many colors making it very attractive for turists to visit and go deep into the Argentinian culture.

Next we have the 'Abasto Shopping'. It was originally build as a wholesale market for fruits and vegetables but since the '90s it became in a big mall full of different stores.

Another iconic building in Buenos Aires is the Barolo Palace. It has been built in a Rococo style and it represents a trail from hell to heaven.

Buenos Aires is known for a particular flower that grows every September in the beginning of spring season. Its name is 'Jacaranda' and you don't want to miss it when it dye the city purple.
The national flower is called 'Ceibo' and it is a flower with a very interesting shape:
This next flower is not native from Buenos Aires, but you can find it in the Argentinian Patagonia right in front of the Andes Mountains, the 'Tulipan' or Tulip.
And of course, who wouldn't like a bouquet with this colorful flowers...
The Women's Bridge or 'Puente de la Mujer' is an iconic art piece in Buenos Aires. It is an actual walkable bridge in the neighborhood of Puerto Madero, the most expensive place to live in the city.
And to finish with this project, I got inspired by a traditional art movement that you can see all over Buenos Aires: the 'Fileteado Porteño".
